What options do I have to pay my bill?
To make paying your bill as easy and flexible as possible, we offer our Prebuy program, Budget Billing and
cash payment options.  For more information, click
Payment Options.

How do I start new service?
The first step to setting up new service is to fill out the credit application that can be found under Forms or by
coming into the office.  Once this is completed, someone from our staff will contact you shortly to help you
with your tank preferences, usage needs, bill pay options and delivery status.

What do I do if I smell gas?
If you smell gas, please contact the office or fill out the Service Request Form.

What do I do if I need service?
If you think that you are in need of a service call, fill out the Service Request Form, call or come into the office.

How do I read my gauge?
We ask that all of our Will call customers call or fill out our Gas Delivery Order Form when their tank reaches
20%.  Below is a diagram showing a standard gauge with the red area showing when it is time to order
more gas.
